Staff is seeking approval of an amendment to the original contract with Conterra for broadband services. This amendment extends the current contract for an additional five years at a rate of $900/month for now eleven (11) sites for a total of $9,900/month. In addition, the district is not responsible for any recurring costs and fees for any building closures going forward. Funding for this contract is paid by E-Rate. |
