It is recommended the Board convene in closed session pursuant to G.S. 143-318.11(a)(1), (a)(5), and (a)(6), to prevent the disclosure of confidential personnel information and student information per G.S. 115C-319 and the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act, 20 U.S.C. § 1232g, and to consult with the Board attorney and preserve the attorney-client privilege, pursuant to 143-318.11(a)(3).
